Located in the village of Port-Bail, nearby the church and the Baptistry as well as the picturesque thirteen's arc bridge, the holiday cottage is a charming independant house, for 5 people, in a totally closed garden, the feet in the water of the Havre (sea at 10 meters), common with the house of the owner, the owner member of an association to discover the sailing, the marine milieu of the coast of the anglo-normandes Isles. The house of the owner welcomes also 4 guest houses (sea view, calm guaranted).

So you will be able to taste the pleasure of the sea (bathing, fishing from the shore, walks, sports leisure activities,...) and the closeness of the Anglo-Normandes Islands for which you can, from Easter, take the ferry or take advantage of a ballad with the assocition of the owner...

Bathing(the beach is blue flag since 2009), sail, marine fishing, yachting , sand yacht, but also tennis , rent of a bike, horse riding, walk in the dunes with your dog are so many activities, at your disposal.

We will not forget the local gastronomy made by diary products, farming products, products from the sea which you will among others, savour, just a step from "Les Courlis", to the restaurant "Le Rendez-vous des Pêcheurs, traditionnal cooking and fishes, in a cosy place.

The proximity of the Golf-Stream brings a climatic sweetness pecular to this strip of maritime Coast. Cherbourg and the City of the sea, are in 45 minutes by car as well as landing beaches, and the Mont-Saint-Michel is at a little more than an hour.

In the bend ofthe GR 223, "le Sentier des Douaniers" will suddenly open the Manche with the Anglo-Normandes Islands to the horison. Pedestrian paths for good or simple walkers, let be guided by this path which will never stop surprising you... Carteret, the Cap, of course Port-Bail!, the Linberg's dunes... Coutance and its cathedral, Agon-Coutainville, the Havre de Règneville, Avranches and finally the Mont Saint-Michel, at the doors of Brittany.

- Culture : the festival "Havres des Arts" mid-july or beginning of august, exhibition of professionnal painters, but also amateur's one. A competition is organised in alternation with Carteret and Port-Bail which welcomes the artists in hereb and confirmed ones
- Businesses : bakeries, cake shops, butcher's, delicatessen's, supermarkets, tourists office, numerous restaurants (gastronomics, crêperie, pizzéria,...), bars, tobacco, bookshop stationary, florest, photographer, ...
